All return inquiries must be sent to: returns@speedwayharley-davidson.com, and contain your first and last name, order number, part number(s) being returned and detailed information regarding the return.
No orders beyond 30 days old can be returned.
All orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Pat Rogers Speedway Harley-Davidson reserves the right to refuse any return.
All returns must have original packaging and be in resalable condition (no writing on packages, all hardware accounted for, and instruction sheets included. Any package not meeting these requirements will not be accepted as a valid return and sent back to the customer at their expense).
There are NO returns for helmets, painted parts, electrical items, closeout's, locks, keys, speedo's, seats, vendor direct special orders or any item requiring a VIN number to complete the order.
All returns and warranties must pass an inspection prior to having a replacement or store credit issued (no exceptions).
All returns and warranties can take 2-4 weeks to be returned, inspected, approved for warranty, and shipped. Painted parts, speedometers, seats, or items that require mileage, key codes or VIN numbers can take 4-8 weeks.
Any return or warranty request that does not contain the proper return / warranty authorization (RMA number) will not be accepted as a valid return or warranty and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Any return or warranty request requiring additional shipping will be accounted for and charged to the customers account.
In order to speed up our returns process, we have created a returns department direct email address for all inquires regarding, return authorization, return status (RMA status), warranty authorization, and warranty status issues. The Returns Departments email address is: returns@speedwayharley-davidson.com. All returns inquiries will be handled directly through email correspondence. When sending your request to our returns department, we will require the following information to better assist you: your full name (first and last), part number(s), and a reason/explanation for return (please provide as much detail information as possible.)
Please note all returns must obtain the RMA form provided by the returns department for proper processing. Failure to provide this form when returning, will result in, your return to be denied and sent back to you at your expense.
