Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: If an item is marked with a

it means that the item is in stock and ready to be shipped immediatly. If the item is not marked with a

it means that it is not in stock and will take a little longer to get to you, usually 10-14 days. If the item that you are looking at has multiple sizes you will be able to tell which sizes are in stock by looking at the options table, sizes that are marked with a

are in stock.
Q: What if I can not find the item that I am looking for?
A: We are constantly adding new products to our online store, if you can not find what you are looking for please email
webmaster@speedwayharley-davidson and we will add it for you and send you a link to the item.
Q: How do I use a coupon code?
A: When you have found the items that you would like to purchase you can click the check out button which will start the check out process, at the end of the check out you will have the opportunity to enter a coupon code to recieve a discount, once you have entered the coupon code click the update total to see your discount and new price. Coupon codes do not apply when you are buying a gift card.
Q: Can I buy an item that is out of stock?
A: Yes, you can buy an item that is out of stock. It will take a little bit longer to get to you, usually 10-14 days.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: If your order for an in-stock item is placed before 2pm (eastern standard time) on Monday - Friday then your order will be shipped on the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm or during the weekend then your order will be shipped on the next business day. If you place an order for an out of stock item your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the item from our vendor. Although we do our absolute best to ship you order as soon as possible, no order is guaranteed to be delivered before any certain date.
Q: When will my item arrive?
A: If your item is in stock it will be arriving to you usually within 1-3 business days depending on where you live. If your item is out of stock it will be arriving to you usually within 10-14 business days. Please be aware that our online inventory is updated daily and may not accurately represent our physical inventory.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No, Once your order has been processed it
cannot be canceled.
Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: Please see the
Return Policy.
Q: Do you ship international?
A: At this time we do not offer international shipping. It is a goal of ours to begin offering international shipping in the near future.
Q: Why have I not recieved an order confirmation email?
A: Our system will send you a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. If you have not recieved a confirmation email please check your spam filter or junk mail folder. We will also send you an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

1: All return inquiries must be sent to:
returns@speedwayharley-davidson.com, and contain your first and last name, order number, part number(s) being returned and detailed information regarding the return.
2: No orders beyond 30 days old can be returned.
3: All orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge, and we reserve the right to refuse any return.
4: All returns must have original packaging and be in resalable condition (no writing on packages, all hardware accounted for, and instruction sheets included. Any package not meeting these requirements will not be accepted as a valid return and sent back to the customer at their expense).
5: There are NO returns for Helmets, Painted Parts, Electrical Items, Closeout's, locks, keys, Speedo's, seats, vendor direct special orders or any item requiring a VIN number to complete the order.
6: All returns and warranties must pass an inspection prior to having a replacement or store credit issued (no exceptions).
7:All returns and warranties can take 2-4 weeks to be returned, inspected, approved for warranty, and shipped (painted parts, speedometers, seats, or items that require mileage, key codes or VIN numbers can take 4-8 weeks).
8: Any return or warranty request that does not contain the proper return/warranty authorization (RMA number) will not be accepted as a valid return or warranty and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
9: Any return or warranty request requiring additional shipping will be accounted for and charged to the customers account.
In order to speed up our returns process, we have created a returns department direct email address for all inquires regarding, return authorization, return status (RMA status), warranty authorization, and warranty status issues. The Returns Departments email address is:
returns@speedwayharley-davidson.com. All returns inquiries will be handled directly through email correspondence. When sending your request to our returns department, we will require the following information to better assist you: your full name (first and last), part number(s), and a reason/explanation for return (please provide as much detail information as possible.)
Please note all returns must obtain the RMA form provided by the returns department for proper processing. Failure to provide this form when returning, will result in, your return to be denied and sent back to you at your expense.

Q: Do you have the bike that I am looking at on your website?
A: Our motorcycle inventory is updated daily, but sometimes we have bikes that we have not had time to list on the website or we have sold a bike and have not removed it from the website. Feel free to give us a call or email us (
sales@speedwayharley-davidson.com) to be sure that we have the bike for you. Also, if you are unable to find the bike that you want please call us and we can get one coming for you or we can talk about building you a custom bike that fits your needs.
Q: What is the price of this bike?
A: The prices of each bike are listed on the site. Prices do not include tax, tag / title, and doc fees. Please call or use the request a quote form to get an "out the door" price.
Q: Will Speedway Harley-Davidson deliver my new bike to my house?
A: Yes, we do it all the time. Please give us a call for more information.
Q: Can I apply for financing online?
A: Yes, please see our
finance page to fill out our online credit application. It is a secure web page and your information is sent directly to our finance manager.
Q: How do I join the Speedway H-D Club?
A: It's easy and free to join.

Q: How do I change my profile?
A: Once you have signed in, you can change your profile by clicking the edit profile button.
Q: How do I find other Speedway H-D Club members?
A: Once you are signed in, you can look for freinds by clicking on the Search Users button. You can serach by name or city.
Q: How do I send a message to another Speedway H-D Club member?
A: Once you are signed in and have found the user that you would like to send a message to, you can click the send message button underneath their profile picture to send them a message. The message will be sent to their email address that they have provided, the recipent will not be able to see your email address, only your user name.
Q: How can I delete my Speedway H-D Club profile?
A: If you would like to delete your accoun, please send an email to
webmaster@speedwayharley-davidson.com and we will remove your account. Once your account has been deleted you will not be able to access the Speedway H-D Club until you create a new account.
Q: How do I report inappropriate content?
A: If you see that a user has uploaded inappropriate or offensive content you may click the report this content innappropiate button or email
